Description of Each Specimen:
- Specimen 02: Long, deep brown guard with a lighter tan towards the tip and white mottling; broken at one point and repaired with archival glue
- Specimen 03: Almost entirely white guard with patches of deep brown, rough texture; inside is filled with sediment
- Specimen 04: Dark brown guard with mottled grey and white, rough texture; broken close to the tip end, but repaired with archival glue
- Specimen 05: Translucent amber-brown guard, very smooth with sediment removed from inside
- Specimen 06: Small, grey guard with fine point; bottom half is broken off
